Need a University Acceptance letter?

All of the below mentioned documents must be scanned and translated to Turkish or English:

1. Application form which will be sent to the student.
2. High School Diploma & transcript.
3. Passport Image.
4. Personal Photo.
5. English or Turkish Language certificate (If available).

If the student does not have the English language certificate like TOEFL or IELTS, he/she can apply and enter the university’s English Proficiency Exam on its specified date.

When the student passes the exam, he/she will start his program directly, but if the student does not pass the exam, he/she will attend a preparation year or one semester for English.

SAT Exam is an American exam globally accepted from most universities. SAT Exam is not necessary for the application process, However if the student has SAT certificate with a high score (more than a total score of 1000 and 600 in Math), he/she may get a partial scholarship (Discount) -Especially in Istanbul Altinbas and Kadir has Universities.

About the YÖS Exam, it is a Turkish Exam for foreign students and it is not needed like SAT.

1. The student will submit the necessary documents to Urhande.
2. After submitting the documents from our side to the university, Provisional acceptance letter will be sent to the student by E-Mail requiring him to make a final approval for the university conditions and asking him to deposit a certain amount of money to the university’s bank account in order to get the final acceptance letter.
3. After making the deposit by one week at maximum, a final acceptance letter will be sent to the student and informing him/her to start the procedure of Visa application.
4. Fourthly: Urhande’s agents will pick up the student from the airport to his/her residence.
5. Finally: Urhande will help the student to finish his registration process and take his/her Student Information Certificate from the student affairs office in the university.

Yes, it is included. The tuition fee is paid in 2 instalments, the student will pay the first instalment after deducting the deposit.

Yes, He/she can. The university may accept him/her from, but he/she must bring his/her courses description document and his/her transcript as well, after that the faculty council will decide which courses will be counted.
